What is your return or exchange policy?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.
  • The product does not match the size you ordered.

Products must be returned to our Customer Services department for a full refund or exchange. Please note, returns and exchanges for sale or discounted items are only applicable if the product received is different from what was ordered.

How do I apply for a return?

To return an item, email us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved by our customer support team, you will be asked to send the parcel to:

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the item. During busy times, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not generally offer refunds. However, if an exchange or alternative solution is not possible, a refund may be provided. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund processing takes 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method.

Exchanges and refunds on sale or discounted items are only applicable if the product received differs from what you ordered.
